Portugal! what a country! full of life, and even better, it is pretty much off the radar for most tourists! which makes it just perfect, very romantic and nostalgic. The food is one of the things I miss the most, I really miss having an amazing cafe just around the corner.. and amazing pastries after every single meal! The time I got to spend in Portugal was beyond life changing, it really shaped me and I recommend Portugal to anyone who is around the area. Sadly, the country is going through a very hard economic time, and I deeply believe the country is changing dramatically, so if you have a chance to go while it is still very much itself, GO... your senses will thank you :)
