If you happen to be around Mexico, don't miss the chance of going south and exploring Chiapas. I just had the opportunity to go over the winter break, and it was unbelievable how beautiful southern Mexico is. This post is only about this little town near Tuxtla called Chiapa de Corzo, from which you can take a boat ride into the Sumidero Canyon. This is an amazing place, full of nature, and wildlife. the Canyon's walls reach their highest point at 1000 meters... it makes you feel so small...
